Responsible for company's financial matters, including determining business potential both on the West coast and throughout the United Estates by undertaking extensive financial evaluation to be used in determining franchising costs and feasibility of franchising the restaurant. Determines business and franchising opportunities bases on assessment of market conditions and restaurant's financial position. Supervises preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, revenue, reports, month-end reports. Forecast budget, conducting financial analysis and strategic planing, and review client preservation. BA/BS Business Administration Or Finance or Accounting and 5 year experience in job or 5 years of progressive experience in related field.
